Who we are
This policy covers the Rostra Group website. Rostra Group is an independent company focused on 100LL aviation gasoline (avgas). Questions about this policy can be sent to our contact form.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, company, email address, phone number (optional), subject, message, the time you sent it, and your IP address.
- Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 collects page views and general usage data, and sets cookies named _ga and _ga_*.
- Consent record: we store your cookie choice in your browser (localStorage key rostra_consent) so we do not ask again.
How we use it
- To respond to supply, offtake, and trading inquiries.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve it, but only if you accepted analytics cookies. Nothing non-essential runs until you accept.
- To prevent spam. The contact form uses a hidden field and a minimum fill time instead of third-party CAPTCHA services.
Market data providers
The homepage shows prices and headlines from TradingView. Those widgets set their own third-party cookies and may collect data under TradingView’s privacy policy. They load only after you accept cookies.
Where information is stored
Contact form entries are stored on our server in a log that is not publicly accessible, and an email copy is sent to our team. Analytics data is processed by Google under its own terms.
How long we keep it
Contact form entries stay in our inquiry log until they are deleted by hand. The site does not delete them automatically.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that run the site and email delivery, and where required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can change your cookie choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to some processing. To exercise these rights, use our contact form. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Security
We use HTTPS in production and limit access to the server and inquiry log. No online system is completely secure.
Children
This website is for business visitors and is not directed to children under 16.
